ABBEY HOTEL, BATH
EMMAUS provided a full service Project Management, Cost Management and Contract Administration on the full refurbishment of the Abbey Hotel in Bath to convert it to a Marriott Tribute Brand.
The hotel required significant alteration works to meet the Marriott Brand Standards including the installation of air-conditioning to every guestroom within this Grade II Listed Building.
The project was delivered through the challenging pandemic period and the physical works required very careful management on site being a listed building and resulted in being a new addition to the Marriott Tribute Portfolio.
