The Client successfully bid and is now progressing to Planning.
The site requires demolition, remediation and site profiling to provide current market site demises in a key urban centre in Birmingham.
The site was first developed over 100 years ago and has been providing industrial services to the car and aerospace industries ever since.
We will be undertaking bulk earthworks and retaining wall works to re-profile the site as it slopes significantly and features extensive basements.
Crush arising from the demolitions will be stockpiled and incorporated into the works.
