EMMAUS were appointed as Cost Managers on the modernisation and extension of Rebond House, a 3 storey industrial property which is circia 31,5000 sqft.

EMMAUS are working with the City of London as the Quantity Surveyors on the project and the works include but are not limited to:

• Centralising the entrance to improve sub-division either to the front or rear.

• A single storey extension at roof level to create new lettable floor.

• A three and four storey rear (north) and side extensions to the east and west elevations to increase core and office space.

• Lowering of the service bay soffit slab to extend first and second floor accommodation

• High Standard of finishes reflective of use classes B8, B1c and B1.

• Façade and roof enhancements.

• Complete replacement of Mechanical Electrical and Public Health and Comms services including new lifts.

• CCTV Installation.

The modernisation of the building will improve not only the quality of the building but also the sustainability and energy efficiency, ultimately increasing its marketability. The improvements will be reflected in the underlying rental and capital performance of the building.

EMMAUS have provided full Quantity Surveying services from the inception of the project at Feasibility stage, through design development and procurement. We are still providing Quantity Surveying Services for this project during RIBA Stage 5 construction.
