Redevelopment of tired open street shopping precinct.
EMMAUS worked with the owners of the centre to develop a strategy to revitalise the shopping precinct in the heart of Dartford.
The first floors were converted from offices to 13 flats over 15,000sqft which were built for rental to the local authority to those in need.
The project included refurbishing the roof and external windows and maximising the conversion from offices to residential. The scheme also included a new focal point staircase to brighten up the precinct.
