  • Producing a successfully negotiated procurement of the project with the contractor to achieve an agreed sub £30m GMP Design and Build contract

  • Having a speed to market that generates earliest returns for the private investors

  • A value engineered approach to the design and specification that provides the Client and their investors with the highest quality apartment specification within budget constraints

  • The inclusion of off-site construction approaches that deliver value, quality and time efficiencies into the project

  • A highly sustainable and environmentally designed project that assesses these in a practical and affordable way

  • Phased completion and handover

  • A collaborative approach from all project team members to work together delivering value led solutions that achieve the Client’s aspirations

  • For EMMAUS to become integrated in and be part of the Client’s team all the way through to letting
