MRP Nottingham - Student Accommodation

The project is a new build purpose built student accommodation comprising 410 student rooms and associated high quality amenity areas.

It is currently on site and due for completion in summer 2024 ready for the August/September student intake for the 2024/25 university year.

EMMAUS are appointed as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors as part of a wider development of this site which also will include further new build Build-to-Rent apartments once planning permission has been secured.

This project is being constructed by the construction arm of an overall organisation that have historically primarily been a contractor company. EMMAUS are appointed by the developer arm of the firm and providing funders and the developer arm of the firm with independent advice through the construction phase.
