EMMAUS provided specialist Cost Management services to support Bonpoint’s new Toyko store in Ginza.

Bonpoint were required to use the landlord’s contractor for the project as part of the lease due to the historic nature of the site.

We supported the Paris and Tokyo based client team with cost management advice from pre-contract stages through to the final account.

Initially EMMAUS supported the negotiations with the contractor, benchmarked the rates, carried out direct negotiations and realised a 25% reduction in the costs.

We then followed the project with the Main Contractor as costs were agreed for changes and the final account agreed.
