POLO RALPH LAUREN, ROME
EMMAUS have provide Project and Cost Management Services to two projects in Rome and Regent Street creating flagship Polo Ralph Lauren stores.
The EMMAUS team had previously been involved with flagship stores in Milan and Tokyo.
In both Rome and London the locations are in historic buildings and required a full refurbishment and fit-out.
EMMAUS were involved from before site acquisition through to site opening and final accounts.
The project team were multi-sited internationally and this required a high degree of collaboration and coordination in successfully delivering the stores.
