The project involved the conversion of the existing listed Magistrate Court and Bow Street police station cells into a 5 star 92 key hotel.
The Hotel also includes restaurants, bars, library and gym.
EMMAUS provided Contract Administration and Cost Management services from the briefing through to completion.
The project included two new basements, concrete frame extensions and heavy alterations to the existing building.
