“We partnered with Emmaus Consulting to support our Industrialisation Programme here at RBSL Telford. We wanted to bring in their skills and expertise in the commercial and project management aspects of major conversion, infrastructure, and new build projects. The Programme was a significant investment (circa £19M) to re-establish an armoured vehicle manufacturing and test facility the Programme ran between 2022 and 2024. Emmaus operated like an extension of the RBSL team, they really bought in to the importance of the work we do, I was impressed with their passion, work ethic and commitment throughout supporting us to overcome some extremely challenging milestones. With their support and experience along with RBSL Product and Manufacturing knowledge we maximised the design and value through our contractors. The result was a Programme delivered on cost and to schedule and some long term relationships developed for future projects.”

We are very proud to be supporting RBSL the joint venture business formed between BAE Systems and Rheinmetall.EMMAUS were selected ahead of well known major facilities management companies to support the major investment in the Telford site that flowed following their £800 Million project award by the Government.The five year programme has seen the successful delivery of a number of new build, refurbished and re-purposed buildings all managed by EMMAUS in end to end delivery of turnkey bespoke operational buildings.
