EMMAUS have extensive hotel experience working across the spectrum of projects. We understand the requirements of brand standards and the process of approvals with the major international hotel chains. On boutique hotel developments, we are able to apply the benchmarks of cost, bedroom sizes and other metrics for successful delivery.
EMMAUS also work on other leisure schemes including training grounds, sports halls and 3G pitches for a variety of Clients. Clients include a football club, private schools and universities.
Food and Beverage
EMMAUS have worked with national brands and have teamed with names such as McDonald’s, Pizza Express, Wagamama, Krispy Kreme, Bella Italia, Green King and Café Rouge. We have a team experienced in Cost Modelling roll out and new brands. Procurement of suppliers to support such programmes from signage to FF&E is another core skill we offer.
Harrington Hall Hotel, London
This NH hotel in London was refurbished to brand standards. The works included 201 bedrooms and corridors being renovated.
Crown & Greyhound, Dulwich
EMMAUS provided Project and Cost Management services on the refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed public house. The project expands the pub offer and creates a 21-key boutique hotel.
Cologne Hotel, Germany
The project comprised the refurbishment of 301 bedrooms to the Steigenberger Hotel standards. The hotel was kept operational during the first part of the works. EMMAUS were involved in the Quantity Surveying aspects.
Kelaty House, Wembley
This is a new 300 bed hotel as part of a wider development including 4 blocks of student accommodation. EMMAUS are providing Quantity Surveying services.
